Beyond the Sessions
The Texas Hill Country doesn’t let you sit still for long. Extend your visit and hit the Tapatio Springs course for golf with a Hill Country backdrop. Tuesday evening, settle in with a welcome reception and the first of many good conversations.
Wednesday evening is the centerpiece of the FMS Awards Gala at Enchanted Springs Ranch. Cocktails, a gourmet dinner, and a celebration of independent grocery’s best operators, ideas, and achievements.
Cancellation policy
The Tapatio Springs requires a 72 hours notice to cancel your room. If you do not call within 72 hours, you will be charged for the first night of your stay.
Airport & Transportation Information
The recommended airport for this event is San Antonio International Airport (SAT), located approximately 35 miles (about 45–55 minutes) from Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort.

Parking Information
Complimentary self-parking is available for all guests at Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort. Parking lots are conveniently located adjacent to the guest lodging buildings and clubhouse for easy access throughout your stay.
Electric vehicle charging stations are also available onsite.
Weather and Attire
October is a beautiful time of year in the Texas Hill Country, with warm days, cooler evenings, and comfortable temperatures ideal for enjoying both the resort and outdoor activities.
Typical October temperatures range from the mid-70s to low-80s during the day, with evenings cooling into the 50s and 60s.
Recommended attire for the event is business casual / resort casual. We encourage guests to dress comfortably while keeping in mind that meeting spaces, networking receptions, and outdoor evening events may vary in temperature.
Suggested attire includes:
- Lightweight layers
- Collared shirts, blouses, dresses, or polished casual wear
- Comfortable footwear for walking the property
- A light jacket or sweater for evenings outdoors
