How much is registration?
Early Bird Rate: $249 per person — register by August 1
Regular Rate: $299 per person
Your registration includes access to all Summit sessions, daily breakfast and lunch, welcome and networking receptions, and the FMS Awards Gala at Enchanted Springs Ranch on Wednesday evening — including the option to bring a guest.
Bringing your team? Contact events@fmssolutions.com for special group rates for five or more attendees.
Do I need to register to attend?
Yes, registration is required. Please click the “Register Now” button to secure your spot.
How do I register?
Visit fmsprofitsummit.com and complete the registration form online. If you need assistance, contact us at events@fmssolutions.com.
What is the deadline to register?
The early bird rate of $249 is available through August 1, 2026. After that, the standard rate of $299 applies. Registration closes September 22, 2026.
Is there a group discount for teams?
Yes. Groups of five or more qualify for special rates. Contact events@fmssolutions.com for details.
I’ve already registered but need to update my details. What do I do?
Email us at events@fmssolutions.com and we’ll take care of it promptly.
Hotel & Logistics
Is there a hotel room block?
Yes. A room block has been secured at Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort at a special FMS Profit Summit rate. Booking details are available on the Hotel & Travel page.
The room block fills quickly. We recommend booking your hotel at the same time you register.
Are meals included with my registration?
Yes. Your registration includes:
- Daily breakfast and lunch on both days of the FMS Profit Summit
- Welcome reception on Tuesday evening
- FMS Awards Gala dinner at Enchanted Springs Ranch on Wednesday evening

What is the FMS Profit Summit Awards Gala?
The FMS Awards Gala is the signature evening of the Profit Summit.
On Wednesday evening, we head to Enchanted Springs Ranch for handcrafted cocktails under the Texas stars, a gourmet dinner, only-in-Texas activities, and a celebration of the independent grocery operators who are doing it right. It’s not your typical conference banquet.
Can I bring a guest to the Awards Gala?
Yes — a guest ticket to the FMS Awards Gala is included with your registration. Details on guest registration will be provided upon sign-up.
What is the dress code for the Awards Gala?
Boots and blazers are welcome and encouraged. The Gala is a celebratory Texas evening, so dress the part: blazer, boots, and anything that says you came ready to celebrate.
There is no strict formal dress requirement. Just come ready for a great night out.

When will the full agenda be available?
The full agenda will be published on fmsprofitsummit.com as details are confirmed.
What is the dress code for Summit sessions?
Business casual throughout the Profit Summit days.
Will any sessions be available virtually?
The FMS Profit Summit is an in-person event. The peer conversations, roundtables, and networking that make this Summit valuable aren’t replicable online. We encourage you to join us in San Antonio.
Will session recordings be available after the event?
Details on post-event content will be shared with registered attendees. Check fmsprofitsummit.com for updates.
